- Tiny Tigers classes are for students 4-6 and are 30 mins.
- Students are required to have their own sparring gear at Purple Belt.
- Youth MMA is an a non-traditional class with a focus on athletics, sportsmanship, and includes instruction in kickboxing and wrestling.
- Family class is open to Jr. and Adult Students.
- ADV JR is Brown through Black Belt.
- Testing when scheduled is held on Friday evenings.

- Private lessons are $35 an hour or 10 for $250. Please inquire regarding private groups.
- Circuit is free form training, mitt work, drilling or light wrestling with a focus on safety and cardio.
- Submission classes focus on wrestling, takedowns, chokes, joint locks and Jiu-Jitsu (mouthguard & groin cup req.)
- Striking is boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. Drilling and sparring (full gear req.)
- MMA is mixed martial arts with wrestling, kickboxing, transition, fitness, self-defense & competition. (full gear req.)
- Beg. MMA is fundamental wrestling, basic striking, transition & how to put them together. (gear recommended)
- Team is invite only for coaches, competitors and corners (full gear, additional enrollment fee req.)
- Coach Course program is instruction in the dynamics of succesful coaching, training, and communication neccesary to run a class or gym.
- Coach Course has no additonal fee, however a 2 year commitment is required.
- Open Rounds is a open to non-members for a $15 mat fee.
